RICHA NAGAR “Storytelling and Co-authorship in Feminist Alliance Work: Reflections from a Journey”

Richa Nagar visited Tuzla Campus [of Sabancı Uiversity] as part of the series of talks organized by Sabancı University Gender and Women's Studies Forum to answer the question "how to tell a story" from different perspectives. Within the framework of this question, she mentioned that storytelling uses the dominant forms of academic research, but non-traditional writing forms that were freed from hierarchies were also possible. She stated that certain concepts, such as experience vs. theory, subjectivity vs. objectivity, known vs. unknown, became important in the storytelling and communication processes.
