Meriç Çağlar holds a BA degree in International Relations from Galatasaray University and MA degrees in Euro-Mediterranean Relations and Migration Management respectively from Rovira i Virgili and Pompeu Fabra Universities.Meriç (a.b.d.) completed her doctoral program in Gender Studies at Central European University in 2022. Her research interests lie in the areas of forced migration, gender and intersectionality, humanitarian aid and protection systems, and disaster management. Meriç has worked as a researcher and an a consultant in various projects supported by the European Union and other international organizations, and has published on these subjects in reputable international journals.
